I work closely with schools to support children experiencing behavioural, social, and emotional challenges. My goal is to provide practical, evidence-based strategies that help staff manage behaviour effectively while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.

I specialise in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), but my approach is equally effective for neurotypical children who may struggle with behaviour, attention, or social skills.

Behaviour Assessment & Intervention Planning

Tailored assessments and intervention plans for individual students, addressing classroom and playground behaviours. 

Staff Training & Development

Workshops and coaching for teachers and school staff on behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, and supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or other developmental needs.

Whole School Behaviour Strategy Support 

Review and guidance on behaviour policies, systems, and practices to create consistency and improve outcomes across the school. 

Ongoing Consultation & Monitoring

Regular follow-up and progress monitoring to ensure strategies are effective and interventions are sustainable.
