Products

We take care to ensure descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate. Minor variations may

occur. All applicable items are CE/EN71 compliant and recommended for ages 5+ with adult

supervision.

Orders

A contract forms when we dispatch your order. By ordering you confirm you are 18+ (or have

guardian consent), your details are accurate, and you are authorised to use the chosen payment

method.

Prices & VAT

Prices are in Euro (€) and include 23% VAT. The price shown at checkout is the price you will

pay.

Payment

Payments are processed via trusted providers (Stripe, PayPal, Revolut Business). We do not

store full card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch in 3–5 working days. Irish delivery typically 2–4 days after dispatch. Delays may occur

during peak periods or due to postal issues. Re-delivery charges may apply for incorrect

addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Items

If items arrive damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days for replacement or refund.

Cancellations (Consumer Rights)

Under EU Distance Selling rules, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Items must

be returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving

returned goods.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, logos, and text are the property of Busy Brains Ltd and may

not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Busy Brains Ltd is not liable for misuse of sensory items or any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.

Privacy

Personal data collected at checkout is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
